Pharmacist Need in Arizona - Any State License

Summary

• Specialty : Hospital Pharmacist
• Schedule : 7 on 7 off.
• Call required : Call from 730p - 7a. Rotating 3 & 4 call shifts every other week. 7 call shifts total per 4 weeks.
• Setting : Outpatient, Emergency Department and Clinical Pharmacy
• Any State License
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Experience : Must have hospital pharmacy experience. At least 1 year preferred.
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Credentialing : 2-3 Weeks requirements
• Support Staff : 5 Pharmacy Techs
• Inpatient experience required
