Licensed Eating Disorders Navigator

A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator, Eating Disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to appropriate eating disorder treatment

Coordinate care plans and facilitate referrals within the network

Provide crisis management and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

2+ years of experience working with eating disorders

Proficiency with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment

Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for eating disorders
