Admission RN Home Health

Join a growing home health team in Beaver, Pennsylvania as a full-time Admission RN. This role offers an estimated salary of $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. You'll conduct patient admissions, manage care plans, and work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate home health care.

What You'll Do

Complete patient admissions and develop care plans

Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members

Provide quality care in the patient's home

Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems

Manage your schedule and workload independently

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher

Active Pennsylvania RN license

Valid driver's license

1+ year experience with electronic medical records

BLS certification; ACLS preferred

Home health or related experience preferred

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts (e.g., Friday Monday or Saturday Tuesday), with three days in the field and one day remote / administrative. Flexible weekdays during the first six weeks for orientation and training.
