The Impact of this Role :
As a Tier 1 Treatment Navigation Associate, you are the first line of support for new members. Your efforts create a welcoming and informed experience by initiating member contact and maintaining clear communication, ultimately supporting long-term engagement and positive outcomes. You will serve as a crucial first impression for our members and set the stage for every future interaction they have with OptiMed. The quality and warmth of your communication will directly influence trust, clarity, and adherence to care plans.

You will collaborate with the broader Treatment Navigation Team and coordinate across departments to ensure patients are being onboarded smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work alongside teammates who specialize in different parts of the members’ experience, contributing your part to a synchronized, member-first operation.

Work environment :
This role may be remote or office-based, depending on team needs. However, initial training must be conducted in person. This position requires daily use of computers and communication systems. You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free environment, as well as reliable access to internet and digital systems to ensure timely patient responses.
