Job descriptionApply decorations, packaging, and presentation details to create a finished product that wows guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and special order Monitor product quality, ensuring every cake meets brand standards before leaving the bakery. Assist with inventory rotation, preparation, and restocking of decorating supplies. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and joyful team culture. Strong attention to detail and pride in creating quality products. Ability to follow decorating guidelines and replicate designs with consistency. Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Previous experience in cake decorating, food service, or artistic roles is helpful but not required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
