• We are hiring immediately for full time  CLUB COOK  positions.
• Location : UA Chicago Club B18 - United Airlines ORDCS Terminal, Chicago, IL 60666.  Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; open availability is preferred.  40 hours per week. 12 : 30 PM - 9 : 30 PM. OFF Tuesday and Wednesday. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 1-3 years in high buffet production kitchen, time / temp knowledge required and sanitation license preferred.

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
