Job Title : Assistant Swim Instructor

Pay : $20-30 / hr for group lessons / practices, with commission for private swim lessons

Schedule : Part-time, Monday–Friday, 4 : 15–7 : 30 pm, with some weekend availability when needed

THE VITAL HELP THAT YOU PROVIDE :

As a part-time Assistant Swim Instructor, you will assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting effective swim practices and engaging lessons. You'll work directly with children aged 3–12, providing essential instruction, encouragement, and support to help them build confidence in the water. Ensuring the safety of all swimmers is a top priority, and you'll maintain proper supervision and adhere to all pool safety guidelines. You will also help prepare swimmers for summer league swim team participation, assist with administrative or operational tasks as requested, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment for both swimmers and their families.
