We are seeking a Regional Chief Marketing Officer to join our team! San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, located in Fresno, CA, is a 62 bed acute rehab hospital, providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing a marketing strategy
• Supervising the marketing and strategy team
• Client account management within assigned hospital(s)
• Building and maintaining inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions
• Managing marketing and strategy team, including recruitment, team development, and retention
• Facilitating business growth by working with clients and business partners
• Driving prospects, identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, and proposal preparation
• Utilizing strategic thinking and sharp executions to enable the business to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals
