What you’ll be doing

  • Design and plan cake decorations for events such as weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
  • Bake or prepare cake layers by leveling, stacking, and adding fillings as needed.
  • Apply icing, frosting, and fondant using techniques like piping, smoothing, and airbrushing.
  • Create custom edible decorations such as flowers, figurines, and lettering from fondant, gum paste, or chocolate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following proper food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Work hours 5 : 30AM - 2 : 00PM
  • No Sunday hours
  • Work rotating schedules including some weekends and holidays
