Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an independently owned community hospital in southeastern North Carolina in recruiting a versatile Orthopedic Surgeon (BC / BE) to join a newly established hospital-owned practice. Opportunity Details :

Comfortable with general orthopedic procedures (Sports Medicine a plus)
1 : 5 flexible shared call coverage
Robust salary with bonus options : sign-on, relocation, and potential loan repayment
Inpatient and outpatient orthopedic services
Outpatient clinic and surgeries with advanced imaging and an on-site rehab center
Benefits include malpractice with tail, health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and CME allowance
Direct and efficient contract negotiations with hospital leadership
