Job descriptionCareer Growth Team Culture Competitive Pay Design, service, and implement BAS systems. Configure and troubleshoot BAS components, IP, and RS-485 networks. Verify I / O for seamless system performance. Mentor BAS team and ensure quality craftsmanship. Maintain accurate project updates and reports. Adhere to safety standards. 5+ years of BAS / HVAC experience. Associates degree or equivalent training. Expertise in Tridium Niagara, Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder, or Johnson Controls CCT / PCT. Proficient in Lonworks, BACnet, and IP network troubleshooting. Strong HVAC system knowledge (boilers, chillers, etc.). Ability to read mechanical plans and wiring diagrams. Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong problem-solving abilities. Leadership, communication, and team-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license (3+ years); pass background check / drug test. Basic hand tools; available for overtime / weekends. Lift 50+ lbs; maneuver heavy equipment. Work on ladders, at heights, or in confined / extreme climates.
