Position Overview

The Junior Estimator will assist in the preparation of cost estimates for HVAC projects, contributing to bid proposals and material take-offs. This role is essential in supporting the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely bids that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals for HVAC projects
• Conduct material take-offs to determine project requirements
• Source materials and suppliers for bids
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to gather necessary information
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure all aspects are covered in estimates
• Maintain organized records of bids and project documents
