Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and become an integral contributor to an enterprise level organization committed to the advancement of environmental sustainability throughout the Pacific Northwest. This individual will work with business partners to understand business needs, design data models, develop specifications for analytical reports and data visualizations, as well as, develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This position involves assessing customers’ needs, identifying sources of data, and preparing data models and reports (dashboards, visualizations, tables).

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology, Business Systems, or a closely-related technical field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 8+ years of previous Information Technology, Business Systems, or other closely related technical experience (or a combination thereof). 8+ years with an applicable Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ without applicable Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of experience with the following:
• Creating complex SQL’s and ad-hoc queries into a relational database
• Database knowledge of the Asset Suite enterprise asset management application (or similar enterprise relational database applications) sufficient to create complex queries without input from Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
• Advanced report creation in Excel, Power BI, SSRS, and JasperSoft or SSAS
• SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular
• Power BI development
• MS Business Intelligence stack including SSAS
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle Database
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Data Modeling/Dimensional Modeling/ER Diagrams
• PowerShell Scripting
• Report Design / Information Design Skills
• 1 year of experience with the following:
• Intermediate skills/experience with SharePoint, sufficient to support, manage, edit, and maintain sites, document repositories, workspaces, libraries, lists, views, etc.
• Analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Modeling processes, determining requirements, analyzing alternatives, and verifying solutions to meet business needs.
