Lakeland Mental Health Center, Detroit Lakes, MN, is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders and provide therapeutic intervention to clients in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree and be licensed or license-eligible in MN as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Licensure is preferred, but post-degree supervision is available for unlicensed candidates.

Salary range : $58,656 - $87,393 DOE. LMHC offers an excellent benefit package, including health / dental / vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), career development, performance-based incentives, and much more.

The staff at the Detroit Lakes office specialize in a variety of services for children and adults of all ages. LMHC also has staff who are trained in the following trauma therapy techniques; Brain spotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and ART Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).  Each of these methods offer a different approach to the healing process.
