Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

We are seeking a California-licensed Psychiatrist for a full-time / part time , in-person position, providing services across two outpatient clinic locations in Gilroy and Campbell, CA.

The role for full time requires working 2 days per week at one location and 3 days at the other, based on the needs of each clinic. Typical working hours are from 9 AM 5 : 30 PM or 10 AM 6 : 30 PM, with some flexibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead psychiatric care procedures in coordination with clinical teams.
• Participates in clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, including prescribing medications and conducting psychiatric evaluations.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Provides psychiatric services and consultation for staff development and best practice implementation.
• Provide support for after-hours psychiatric crises when necessary.
• Maintains licensure, attends required training, and represents the agency at city / state meetings.
