Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children and families? Do you want a position that’s stable, rewarding, and free from the administrative headaches of billing and scheduling?

At NEO Children’s Rehabilitation Center (NEOCRC), we’re seeking a pediatric speech therapist to join our caring team of professionals who are passionate about helping kids improve communication, confidence, and independence.

This is an in-person, outpatient role with a set four-day schedule—giving you long weekends every week and a family-like environment where you’ll see the same children at the same times and truly watch them grow.

We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services, along with childcare and preschool programs. • 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) – enjoy a consistent schedule and three-day weekends
• No evenings or weekends
• Strictly pediatric caseload – outpatient, hands-on treatment with children ages infant through teen
• In-person only (no Zoom or telehealth)

• We handle all the admin work : authorizations, billing, and scheduling are taken care of for you so you can focus on therapy and documentation
