Wednesday through Friday 8am - 5pm

18 patients per 8-hour day

All ages

0.6 FTE with options for additional remote hours

Buprenorphine prescribing required

Pediatric experience preferred

15 minutes admin time per hour incorporated

6 months of coverage needed
