We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 112 West Broadway St in Monticello, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in our fast-paced food service environment.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, both in-person and over the phone
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
- Coordinate and oversee product deliveries, including proper storage and organization
- Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory counts and paperwork completion
