Associate, Advisory Operations

As a key member of our operations team, the Associate of Advisory Operations will work with the Operations team, wealth advisors, and other advisory team associates across multiple offices to serve a client base consisting of High-Net-Worth families and business owners.
Responsibilities :
- Part of the operations team responsible for client relationship management of a multi-location practice
- Become familiar with custodian relationships, processes, and service teams
- Prepare related forms and assist the advisory team in transaction processing
- Process trades (buys / sells) and cost basis adjustments
- Prepare and process client on-boarding and maintenance paperwork
- Maintain database and workflows in our client relationship management system
- Assist with multiple client and practice-related projects at the same time
- Consistently follow procedures to be compliant with Firm requirements
- Assist with the development and implementation of various marketing efforts and projects
Basic Qualifications :
Four-year degree preferred, but not required, in a financial planning related field (business, tax, finance, or accounting) or equivalent work experienceStrong preference towards candidates with work experience of three or more years in a Wealth Management, Tax, or Financial Services related industryStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in order to see projects through completionCritical thinker with very strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, strong work ethic and possess a sense of urgencyFlexibility, adaptability, and strong team orientationHighly organized individual, able to take direction and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong administrative skills, including advanced experience in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignmentsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to meet client needsStrong ethical and professional standards with acceptable compliance record in prior position(s)Ability to adjust hours due to supporting multiple offices in different time zonesEmployee Benefits
