We are seeking a full-time Manager with an active CPA license in New Jersey to join our team. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in audit, tax preparation, and accounting services , along with proven leadership and client service skills.

You will be responsible for managing accounting and audit engagements while supervising a team of staff accountants to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review financial statement audits, compilations, and reviews

Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and engagement completion

Supervise, mentor, and support audit staff and seniors to ensure quality and efficiency

Provide a full range of accounting services to clients

Prepare tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and non-profits

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in a U.S. public accounting firm with exposure to audit, tax, and accounting

Proficiency in financial statement preparation and tax preparation

Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (New Jersey)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in audit and accounting software ; tech-savvy mindset

Proven ability to lead and mentor staff accountants

Salary : $100K-$140K (based on experience) + bonus
