An Addiction Physician specializing in Psychiatry provides clinical care for adult patients in a psychiatric unit, conducting daily rounds and psychiatric consultations. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no on-call requirements, emphasizing a structured approach to patient management. Candidates must possess an active PA license and be board certified or eligible within five years post-training.

  • Daily rounding on psychiatric unit. Up to 18 beds and psychiatry consults on medical floors

    • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Active PA License
  • Board Status : Board Certified or Eligible as long as they are in a 5yr grace period post training
  • Required Certifications : CPR

    • JOB INFORMATION

  • Typical Day : AM rounding on psych patients into mid afternoon and psychiatry consults on the medical floor
  • Patient Mix : 100% Adult
  • No Procedures
  • AVG Consults per Day : 1-2
  • Provider Will Work Solo
  • EMR : Cerner
