• Compensation : $50–$60 / hour Schedule : Mondays, Wednesdays, and / or Fridays 8am-5pm Benefits (Part-Time) : 401(k) with up to 4% match, paid sick time, paid study club, mentorship, and more Culture : Friendly, collaborative team with a focus on growth, support, and work-life balance Your Role Includes : Delivering hygiene services (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance) Taking X-rays and intraoral photos Educating patients on oral health and treatment options Collaborating with the dentist and assisting as needed Maintaining accurate records and infection control compliance Supporting scheduling, follow-ups, and occasional admin tasks What You’ll Need : Associate’s degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene Program Current CO hygiene license and CPR / BLS certification Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix preferred Strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability About Us : At Pine Ridge Dental Group, we believe dentistry should be personal, modern, and compassionate.
