We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer, Seating Structures . This position requires experienced professionals responsible for designing and developing seating structures for a world-class vehicle in terms of both styling and function. Our ideal candidates exhibit a can-do attitude and approach their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. They will also act as mentors to more junior engineers.

Your Role :

• Be a significant contributor to a world-class Seating System engineering team.
• Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Seating commodities and Systems in the Lucid portfolio.
• Work interactively within a cross-functional CAE, design, and vehicle engineering team, placing priority on the greater benefit of the vehicle above any one individual system.
• Collaborate with seating team suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery of Seating systems.
• Employ and develop effective tools and an innovative approach to supporting the development.
