Requirements  This position is for THORACIC ONLY-Must provide 50+ Primary Source Case Logs (Last 12 months ONLY-9 / 2024-present.)

Ambulatory coverage is Monday to Friday based off inpatient cases. Inpatient coverage is daily from 6 : 45am to 5pm,

lunch included. Anything over 8 hours will be subject for approval. Schedule Cadence : Weekly or Bi-weekly PRN.

Ambulatory, Inpatient or Both need : Both

Call Coverage Needs : How Often : Variable

Onsite or Work from home? Onsite

Is there a possibility for ongoing coverage? Yes, no weekends.

How many patients per day?

15-20 patients in the clinic per week. 6-10 surgical cases per week.

Are there any support staff? Yes

Are any Procedures required / preferred to be performed? Robotics a must. No Esophageal work.

Are there any additional surgical staff? N / A

Checklist Items Required for position :

_____ Current CV (All entries must be month / year format- Cannot have present / current)

_____ NPDB (within the last 3 months & MUST be CLEAN)

_____ Active Florida License

_____ Letter of Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Practicing Specialty

_____ Primary Source Case Logs. Only to reflect the past 12 months, no other prior dates. Facility only accepting the last 12 months (HIPAA Compliant / De-Identified)
