Texas Association of Broadcasters is hiring : Spanish Political Podcast Role in M

Progress Texas is interested in speaking with Spanish radio and TV professionals who have an interest in promoting progressive political values, ideas and action messages for Texas' vast Spanish-speaking audience. This part-time and fully remote role requires :

• Sufficient fluency in both Spanish and English to be able to quickly and accurately translate between them while recording
• Access to broadcast-quality audio recording equipment and solid production skills
• Deep understanding of politics in Texas and a personal commitment to progressive values, especially as related to South Texas
• Ability to turn around translation recordings quickly and daily, with appropriate editorial input
• Experience in journalistic roles with a keen eye for disinformation

Experience with compelling short-form video production for social media would be a huge plus. This is an exploratory request, funding for which hinges on finding a perfect person for the job. Thank you for your interest.
