What to Expect
- Full-cycle recruiting for engineers across various levels, including proficiency to senior to manager level
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
- Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the employer's mission, culture, and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, specifically for R&D rolesAbility to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speedStrong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platformsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managersAvailability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and company events (~1x per quarter)How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
