    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry and restoration
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Proficiency in :

    • Trim work

  • Painting
  • Drywall hanging and finishing

    • Work Schedule Options :

    We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs :

  • Option 1 : Four 10-hour shifts per week (adjusting to five 8-hour days during holiday weeks or as needed).
  • Option 2 : Traditional schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Participation in a rotating 24 / 7 on-call schedule for emergency response
  • Availability for additional support during major disasters
  • Overtime as required

    • Essential Responsibilities :

  • Perform carpentry and restoration tasks as directed by the Construction Coordinator
  • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship in all restoration projects
  • Collaborate with team members and subcontractors for efficient project completion
  • Participate in the companys 24 / 7 emergency response rotation
  • Monitor material usage to maintain quality and minimize waste
  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety policies
  • Supervise temporary workers and subcontractors as assigned
  • Adhere to all company safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
