As a Compliance Analyst , you’ll play an essential role in supporting our compliance operations and learning the ins and outs of the fintech and banking industry. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their compliance career to gain hands-on experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and grow within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in performing compliance reviews covering consumer protection laws and regulations such as Regulation E, Regulation P, Regulation DD, E-Sign, and UDAAP.
- Help prepare reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
- Support tracking and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support ongoing compliance initiatives.
- Help maintain compliance documentation and update internal procedures as directed.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices to assist with compliance updates.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to build knowledge and skills in compliance.
- Perform additional administrative or project support duties as assigned.

Associate degree or equivalent in business, finance, law, or related field; or 1–2 years of work experience in compliance, banking, or a related area preferred but not required.Compliance certifications not required at this level but may be supported for career growth.What We Offer
