Position Summary : Our Dermatology practice is seeking full time skilled and motivated Medical Assistant / Scribes. We have upcoming available in our Lehi, Salem and Provo Locations. This is an excellent opportunity for those that are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced medical environment. Essential Job Functions : Some of the duties specific to this position are to assist with patient care examination and related tasks :

Essential Job Functions : Greet and room patients : obtain medical histories and update medical records in EMR. Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures. Accurately document provider notes and patient encounters as a scribe. Communicate test and biopsy results to patients under provider direction. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms. Sterilize instruments and prepare procedure trays as needed. Create and manage clinical tasks : document all patient communications Support a positive team environment.

Qualifications : Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in medical office setting preferred. Must have outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail. CPR certification required upon hire

Hours : 40 hours, 4 days a week.
