Marketing and Development Director

North American Family Institute (NAFI) is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing and Development Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a mission-driven organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

About the Role :

As the Marketing and Development Director, you will play a key role in advancing NAFIs mission by leading strategic marketing initiatives and fundraising efforts. This half-time position is ideal for a seasoned nonprofit professional who excels in crafting impactful messaging, relationship building, and generating support through multi-channel campaigns and grant funding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to elevate NAFIs brand and programs
• Create compelling marketing and promotional materials
• Lead annual fundraising campaigns and donor appeals
• Identify and write grant proposals to secure foundation and institutional support
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support communication and development goals
• Attend in-person meetings and events as needed

Qualifications :

Status : Part-Time | Remote with Occasional On-Site Meetings

Salary : $40,000 $42,000 annually
