Job Title
Draft, negotiate and execute complex, high impact supplier agreements in collaboration with legal, engineering, sourcing, finance and other cross functional areas. Focus areas include : electronic design automation tools / services (EDA), software licensing, licensing of foundry IP, IOT, production devices and service agreements. Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and legal to develop contract strategies to protect Qualcomm business, IP, and leadership positions, and to gain early access to tools, advanced materials, and technologies. Research, analyze, and present contractual positions (i.e. warranty, liability, confidentiality etc.) in collaboration with finance, legal, engineering, sourcing, etc. Focus on assessment / risk mitigation. Responsible for managing contractual results, through negotiation or other means. Lead and manage contract management systems and related business processes in accordance with business unit requirements and SOX compliance. Drive contract process improvements to support and reduce cycle time and to limit non-value added costs Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be willing to relocate to San Diego OR work in a Qualcomm office in a nearby market, 5 days a week.
