Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Development, Sr. Associate / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior executives to refine M&A strategy and support corporate development initiatives

Lead deal sourcing and evaluation processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration

Develop financial models and analytics to assess business cases and ensure strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A, private equity, or VC

Experience with end-to-end M&A transactions and evaluating growth opportunities

Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills

Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
