The Business Insights Specialist for Marketing :
- This role is responsible for supporting the Credit Card line of business in developing Acquisition campaigns. In this role you will be working in an agile method with other Marketing functions and the Business Line to perform analysis and translate data into information to help define audiences and segmentation to support go-to-market strategies.
- Support campaign execution leveraging both SalesForce Marketing Cloud and other methodologies.
- Recommend data targeting strategies using available predictive modeling, marketing optimization techniques, segmentation, and data specifications to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Lead data discovery, research, data enablement and data analysis to support all go to market targeting strategies, to drive campaigns and business needs.
- Helps define target audiences and identify opportunities to increase profitability through effective customer segmentation, analytical innovation, new tools, and automation.
- Creates test designs based on finalized strategy and aligns with Marketing Analytics to create a measurement plan that supports campaign objectives.
- Responsible for creating data specifications of supported marketing campaigns.
- Lead data spec reviews and approvals as part of Process Controls prior to campaign execution.
- Responsible to provide final go / no go approvals for campaign execution in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Enables Mar-Tech campaign automation by developing Salesforce Data Cloud Audience Segments and creation and activation of Data Extensions for campaign journey development.
The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and / or aggregated DataMarts in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. This role works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights including the delivery of supporting collateral and / or presentations.

Experience preferred within the Financial Services industry or Marketing rolesHands on experience with analytic tools such as SAS, SQL, Python or R requiredDemonstrated experience of applying strong analytical and program solving skills in prior role requiredExperience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or similar is preferredCustomer Accountabilities :
