• 7 on / 7 off rotation 8-10 shifts per month 12-hour night shifts
• Average daily census of 16-17 patients
• Coverage includes ICU, medical surgical, behavioral health, and chemical dependency
• Adult inpatient admitting, attending, and consultation responsibilities
• Procedures encouraged but not required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
