Inly School (Scituate, MA) is seeking an engaging and passionate Spanish Teacher to begin immediately. This is a flexible, hourly position where you can design your role to match your skills and interests. Whether you love working with our youngest toddlers, guiding elementary learners, or diving deep with middle school students—you can specialize in the age level that excites you most.

Why This Role Is Different

We know one size doesn't fit all. That's why we're opening this position to part-time and / or age-specific specialization. You can :

Focus on divisions of your choosing (Early Childhood, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary or Middle School).

This flexibility makes the role ideal for educators seeking to share their love of Spanish language and culture in a way that works best for them.

What You'll Do :

Create engaging, hands-on Spanish lessons that inspire curiosity and joy.

Foster conversational Spanish through immersion, songs, games, and real-world connections.

Bring cultural richness into the classroom, helping students connect language to lived experiences.

Support the whole child—socially, emotionally, and academically—in alignment with Montessori values.

Collaborate with colleagues on cross-disciplinary projects and experiences.

Qualifications : What We're Looking For

Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).

Experience teaching children (any age group). Montessori background is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.

A warm, collaborative spirit and a commitment to inclusive, anti-bias teaching.

A Bachelor's degree (in Spanish, Education, or related field); Master's preferred but not required.

Salary : $49 – $55 hourly
