Position Summary :

Assessments
- Perform nursing admission assessment within applicable timelines
- Provide post-safe crisis management assessment within applicable timelines
- Assess client needs and refer to appropriate provider as necessary
Service Delivery
Coordinate basic and emergency treatment for clients with outside medical facilitiesAdminister client medication and provide ongoing monitoringData Entry
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policyComplete mental health nursing documentation in an accurate and timely mannerTraining and Development

Current and Active License as Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio (LPN only)1+ year experience as Licensed RN or LPN in health care setting, as required by job titleValid driver's license100 / 300 / 100 Auto Insurance CoverageMust be willing to be on an on-call rotationMust be willing to provide nursing services in an indoor and outdoor settingTraining and Travel willingnessSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checksMust possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)Equal Opportunity Employer
