What You’ll Do :

Lead diagnostic and complex repair work with precision and efficiency

Mentor and support junior technicians

Ensure quality control and uphold safety standards

Work closely with service advisors to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For :

ASE Master Certification (preferred) or strong equivalent experience

Proven track record as a senior / lead automotive technician

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Leadership mindset with the ability to train and mentor

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
