Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include :

• Answering insurance-related questions via phone and web
• Following up to ensure accuracy and timely responses
• Assisting with problem resolution and verifying information
• Processing policies and documents efficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality and security

Additional Information

Training is provided for the first 2 weeks, with ongoing support. The starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and holidays.
