Duties :

• Lead the architecture and long-term technical strategy for high-performance, scalable infrastructure that underpins seamless institutional adoption of crypto, driving alignment across multiple teams and anticipating future scaling, security, and compliance needs.
• Orchestrate delivery of strategic initiatives in close partnership with engineers, designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders - bringing clarity to ambiguous requirements, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring multi-team execution lands with high quality and measurable customer impact.
• Lead and implement the design of high-performance, scalable infrastructure.
• Set and uphold engineering excellence standards by producing well-architected, secure, and maintainable systems; proactively identifying and resolving sources of technical debt; mentoring and growing other engineers; and driving adoption of best practices that raise the bar for craft and quality across the organization.
