Travel CT Tech - $2,990 per week in Newton Lower Falls, MA

Job Title : CT Technologist Profession : CT Technologist Specialty : CT Technologist Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Thursday / Friday / Saturday 7 PM - 7 AM Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Radiology required License : Licensed by the State Clienttion Control Board Certifications : ARRT Registered - RT (R) or RT (N); ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography preferred Must-Have : CPR certified Description : Performs a variety of Computed Tomography procedures under the direction of a qualified physician and technical specialist. Utilizes prescribed levels of ionizing radiation while performing these duties. Adheres to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures. Provides care to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatric patients. Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts. Possesses the ability to insert and remove IVs. Graduated from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients is preferred. If no CT License is held at the time of hire, the Technologist has one year to obtain the CT License.
