Job description

NeuroInterventional Radiology Locums Opportunity in Burlington, VT : $450 hourly, hour call

Description :

NeuroInterventional Radiology in Burlington, VT where Inpatient coverage and call is needed. Here are some of the details :

Start Date : August 1, 2024- January 31, 2025

Coverage needed :

  • Reading Images Monday Friday, 8 hours per day
  • Call service overnight and weekends
  • Prefer to have 24 / 7 coverage for the week.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : Must meet all Submission requirements in order to submit

  • Must be within 30 minutes of facility : REQUIRED
  • Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship- REQUIRED
  • ABR Certified in Neuroradiology & Diagnostic Radiology : REQUIRED
  • Certifications : Neuroradiology CAQ Certified and Acute Stroke Certification : REQUIRED
  • Active VT license : REQUIRED

    • Position Details :

    Radiology to include stroke service 24 / 7 while working.

  • Cerebral angiography
  • Mechanical thrombectomy (for stroke)
  • Carotid artery stenting
  • Intracranial embolization for ruptured aneurysms, dural AV fistula, and AVMs
  • Middle meningeal artery embolization
  • Extracranial embolization for epistaxis, H&N tumor hemorrhage
  • Lumbar punctures, including for intrathecal chemotherapy
  • Myelograms
  • Spine biopsies, including fluoroscopic and CT guided
  • Level 1 Trauma Center for Vermont and Northern Upstate New York, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center
  • EMR System : Epic
