The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in skilled nursing setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. • Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.

• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices.
