At Hampton Inn by Hilton Memphis Poplar, we’re committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team and make every guest feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
This is a Full-Time position, $15.00 per hour.
Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
