Minimum 2 years current Infusion experience-Required\nThe RN must have chemotherapy / immunotherapy provider card and recent experience with administering chemotherapy.\nAbility to access medi ports - Required\nCentral Line experience - Required\nPeripheral IV Insertion experience - Required\nChemotherapy / Biotherapy Infusion Certification\nCertifications : ACLS (AHA),BLS (AHA) \nNH state License required
