Responsibilities :

• Manage concession operations in absence of Food Services Manager.
• Supervise subordinate staff; including training and directing.
• Assist in scheduling and evaluating as needed.
• Serve as on-site observer, as needed, to maintain quality control of concession operations.
• Open and close registers and prepare daily paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Follow and support all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
