We are Cascade Fence and Deck, one of the fastest-growing outdoor living companies in the PNW. We build incredible backyards, but our real strength is the people behind the work. We value grit, humor, ownership, accountability, and genuinely caring for each other.

We are on track to pass $15M in revenue in 2025, and our sights are set on $30M and beyond. To get there, we need a Marketing Director who can build, manage, and scale our entire marketing engine.

The Role

You will take full ownership of lead generation, marketing performance, and brand presence across all markets. You will oversee our customer service reps and other marketing team members, all outbound and lead generation efforts, digital marketing vendors, online marketing channels, home shows, and other marketing-driven events.

You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure we have the lead flow and quality needed to meet aggressive growth goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build systems, coach people, and drive results daily.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop our CSR's and other marketing staff
• Oversee all digital, outbound, and event-based marketing programs
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget
• Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign and lead source performance
• Improve the marketing to sales process and support a 5-star customer experience
• Make certain that marketing output lines up with revenue goals and company growth plans
