Global Strategy Leader For AWS Skills Centers
Lead the global strategy, operations, and expansion of AWS Skills Centers worldwide, driving AWS's mission to build a pipeline of future AI and Cloud builders. AWS Skills Centers are free, in-person training locations operated by AWS Training & Certification, offering fundamental cloud education and AI training to the public in fixed locations. These centers target new-to-tech learners, career-changers, students, and community organizations, making cloud and AI education accessible to all. Through classroom instruction and interactive experiences, Skills Centers guide learners toward industry certifications, continued learning through AWS, and connections with the broader cloud community to support their career development journey. This role provides strategic vision and executive leadership for existing Skills Centers, while developing frameworks for partner-sponsored expansion, ensuring consistency in quality, experience, and outcomes across all locations.

Basic Qualifications :
12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
6+ years of team management experience
Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
