Goal of the F&B Venues Manager :

The Food & Beverage Venues Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term strategy of the resort’s signature restaurant, Antler’s Lodge, as well as Charlie’s Long Bar and Woodbines Lobby Bar. This leadership role is highly visible within the resort and requires an entrepreneurial mindset to elevate multiple venues that operate as distinct, high-profile outlets. The position primarily supports PM operations and requires a strong presence during evening service.

This individual will drive performance through exceptional guest service, creative programming, and team development while ensuring financial results align with strategic goals. The role will also collaborate across departments to support resort-wide events, activations, and other F&B initiatives.

Responsibilities may include :

• Lead and manage Antler’s Lodge, Charlie’s Long Bar, and Woodbines Lobby Bar while partnering with the Director of Food & Beverage and other resort departments.
• Responsible for both short- and long-term planning for assigned outlets, while providing support and input for other venues as needed.
• Hire, train, develop, and promote associates, including Assistant Managers, while providing continuous coaching and feedback.
• Drive exceptional guest service results and employee engagement through strong leadership.
• Actively participate in Hyatt’s Associate Engagement and action planning process.
• Collaborate with the Resort Beverage Manager to create, develop, and execute an elevated beverage program across all outlets.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue growth, marketing activations, and cost management.
• Participate in the creation and management of budgets, business plans, and marketing objectives for assigned outlets.
• Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional presence during PM service.
• Coordinate and oversee special events, tastings, holiday functions, private dining events, and full venue buyouts.
• Take initiative to operate venues as high-profile, free-standing concepts while aligning with resort standards.
