Step into a litigation-focused role handling wage and hour class actions in a collaborative team environment based in El Segundo.
This position involves managing an active caseload focused primarily on wage and hour class actions (approximately 90%), with additional exposure to individual employment matters. Attorneys will regularly appear in court 2–3 times per week and take ownership of cases while working closely with experienced litigators.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in California state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings
Draft complaints, mediation briefs, motions, and class action settlement agreements
Take and defend depositions and argue motions
Collaborate with partners on case strategy and resolution
Support and mentor junior attorneys
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 DOE
Performance-based bonuses and origination opportunities (7.5%–12.5%)
