Job Title : Inpatient Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Inpatient Physical Therapist

Job Duration : 26 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week

Experience : Required experience includes 1+ years in physical therapy within an acute care setting, with a preferred overall experience of more than 2 years.

License : Massachusetts Physical Therapy licensure

Certifications : CPR certification (AHA BLS healthcare provider)

Must-Have :

• Familiarity with the acute care hospital setting
• Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with other healthcare team members (e.g., nursing staff, medical doctors, case management)
• Team player attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Self-directed, flexible, and multitasking capabilities
• Dark gray scrubs for the uniform
